Commission Details

Thank you for your interest in commissioning me! Please read the following details thoroughly;

Before we begin —

• WU: Waist Up. FB: Full Body.

• Color BG refers to nothing but a solid color as the background. Simple BG refers to either a solid color or mostly blurred or background with patterns / rectangles / minimal details.

• Price may increase depending on the complexity of the piece (i.e. what the complexity of the character’s design and or the amount of background details).

• Additional character costs 50% of the base price.

• For the Dakimakura option: do note that you will only be getting a digital illustration of a single side. Let me know if you're looking to get double side, or maybe even have it printed on fabric and shipped to you.

Regarding payment —

• I only accept payment through Wise (preferred), Paypal, or Mandiri.

• I prefer full payment in advance, but you will only receive an invoice once you have approved the rough sketch and I'm ready to work on your commission.

• There will be no refund unless I am unable to finish your commission under inevitable circumstance; in which I'll refund your money 100%.

The commission process —

• It usually takes me 14 - 42 days to finish a commission. I may need more time depending on the piece.

• Need the commission done before a certain date? Name it and I'll do my best to meet the deadline.

• I will send you updates from time to time, and would gladly let you know anytime you want to see the progress of the commission as long as you remain respectful; inappropriate or rude behavior may result in cancellation of your commission.

• I draw on a single layer, so if you'd like me to separate the parts (i.e. the character separated from the background), please let me know beforehand.

Post-commission et cetera —

• You are free to use your commissioned piece however you want; you may print it for yourself, use it on your SNS as your icon / header / banner, post it online, gift it away, etc. as long as you don't resell it and or claim you created it.

• If you're posting your commissioned piece on SNS, please consider tagging / linking back to me (either to firidus on Twitter or to this website).

• I'd be happy to provide you a watermarked, low-res version of the commission for posting, just ask!

• I still reserve the rights to post a smaller / low-res version of the commissioned piece on this site or on my SNS page(s).

Commission Process

E-mails > Rough Sketch > Flat-Colored version > Finished version* > Hi-res version
*by this stage the only edits I'd willingly make would be minor ones.
