Frequently Asked Questions

Where are you based?

West Java, Indonesia.

When will you ship my order?

Since I print things by order, I prefer to group orders and ship them out twice a month - on the 2nd and the 4th weekend, but depending on the number of orders, I might ship things out by the closest weekend. The only exception is for a group pre-order such as dakimakura or art books - in that case, please refer to the date written on the product page.

Can I ask for a tracking code for my order?

All orders will come with a tracking code by default, which will be e-mailed to you once your order has been shipped. You can then check the shipment status from Pos Indonesia website.

How long does it usually take for the item to reach me?

It depends on where you live. Pos Indonesia's RLN (standard mail) states shipment should be around 2 - 4 weeks, but it may take longer. Please note that I have no control of the items once the package is off my hands, and will not be responsible for any lost package.

Why is the shipping price so high? :/

Unfortunately that’s how it goes with international shipping. Please also consider that the price also covers the packaging needed to ensure you can receive your purchases in perfect condition.

Over two weeks is too long, can you just use EMS for my order?

Sure! Please send me an e-mail about your order and I'll send you back a quote. EMS will cost a bit pricier, though.

It's been months and my package is still nowhere to be seen!

Ahh I'm sorry about that. Please check with your local post office because chances are your package got stuck in their warehouse or with the Customs. And while I've stated that I will take no responsibilities once the package has left my hand, do let me know and I'll try to contact my post office about it.

My item(s) has been damaged!

I'm sorry about that. As mentioned before, I have no control of the items once the package is off my hands. I will do my best to provide the safest packaging but damages due to the postal service will not be my responsibility. However, if it's a production defect and or missing piece(s), please contact me via e-mail with pictures and details of your order so I can either a.) refund your purchase, b.) resend you a new one (I might ask you to help shoulder the shipment fees), or c.) send you the missing piece(s) free of charge.

Oh no I made a mistake writing my address—

Don’t worry, just send your order number and the correct address and I'll take care of it!

So I want a print of this specific drawing you posted before but I can't find it on your store?

Poke me via e-mail or send a Twitter DM and I'll add it to the store. :D Please note that I will NOT add an NSFW drawing to the store, though.

Will you ever do a restock?

For dakimakuras, I might take new pre-orders when I'm releasing a new design. For old charms, standees, or art books, I might if there are more than a few asking but it's very unlikely.

Can I cancel my order?

Depends on the situation. If it's still within 48 hours (for prints) or within the pre-order period (for pre-ordered things like dakimakura or art books) then it's a okay, but more than that it's a no-go, sorry.

You cancelled my order! :/

Your order might be cancelled due to items being out of stock, you're missing certain details such as phone number or e-mail, you're using a promo code you're not supposed to use, you’re using a PO-BOX address, or ordering an A3-sized print but not adding the postal tube additional fee. Please ask me directly about this.

Do I really have to fill all the details? I'm not comfortable giving my VAT / tax number / phone number / etc.

It's the rules, sorry. As per 2020 Pos Indonesia requires every shipment to have a phone number included. VAT / tax number however depends on the country (mostly for Europe and South America). I will contact you if you didn't include yours and it turns out the postal service requires one , but know that it means a short delay for your shipment.

..how legit are you? Have you ever sent orders overseas?

I'd like to think I'm pretty legit. :D I started my online store over at Tictail until the service closed down on 2018. Last time I opened my online store was around 2020, which then promptly closed down due to COVID-19 and shipping restriction. I’ve compiled some customer tweets from Twitter (please @ me once your order arrived so I can Like and RT it!), and had also been the production / shipping admin of Chocomint Project.

You still haven't answered my question D:

In that case please reach out to me via the contact page or Twitter DM. I'll try to get back to you ASAP! o9
